Recent cohabitant with Hoots and Zerbert, total computer dork (yet somehow not a gadget dork), iPhone owner and love-to-hater, WoW addict, general purveyor of silliness.
I have a love of language which, while probably not on par with George Carlin’s, does prompt me to often point out the more ridiculous nuances of grammar or spelling. Luckily Hoots is at least as tickled by language, if not more, as she is the one who suggested making the WotD an actual daily post. (It ends up being more like 5 random days per week)
I drive a 2006 WRX, which is also the first car I bought new, which I enjoy doing modifications to, almost as much as I enjoy driving it. There is currently a downpipe in my garage, which I look forward to installing. In fact I’ve been looking forward to it for about a year, and Hoots has agreed to help!
Hoots and I met in WoW and will probably always have a soft spot for it, even after we stop playing, which won’t be any time soon as we both remain firmly addicted. As such we tend to make a large number of posts about WoW.
Recent Achievement: I picked the color that we painted our office, and painted all of the “trim areas” while Hoots did the rolling. I’m so proud of myself! I’ve never made a design choice before!
Recent Hobby: After watching (more like be mesmerized by) Hoots crochet a few things, I decided to give it a shot. It took a few days but my squares are now generally all the same size (and look much more like squares).
